Campoamor Golf Course

Campoamor has tested golfers on the Orihuela Costa since 1988, when Carmelo García Caselles's design was inaugurated by HRH Juan de Borbón, Count of Barcelona. The tournament held in his honour every August is still a fixture on the course's calendar, a reminder of its standing on this stretch of coast.

The course sits across two valleys within the Dehesa de Campoamor, with low hills sheltering it enough to create its own microclimate and keep it playable year-round. At 6,277 metres and par 72, it's a proper test without ever feeling punishing, helped by fairways and greens kept to a genuinely high standard and framed by the area's lush vegetation and wildlife.
