Las Ramblas
Las Ramblas earns its name honestly: laid out across steep terrain threaded with natural ravines, Pepe Gancedo's 1990 design near Orihuela Costa is unlike anything else on the coast. Leafy Mediterranean pines frame the course throughout, offering shade in the warmer months and glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea from several holes.
This is a course that rewards precision over power, and it makes no apologies for it. Ravines and dry riverbeds run through the layout, ready to swallow anything hit slightly off line, and the terrain demands genuine thought before every shot. It has a reputation for dividing opinion on a first visit, but golfers who return tend to come back precisely because it never plays the same way twice, and the greens are consistently kept fast and true. The course also holds GEO Certified environmental accreditation, reflecting a genuine commitment to its natural surroundings.
A modern clubhouse and full practice facilities support the round, tucked into pine-shaded grounds near Campoamor. Book Las Ramblas for one of the Costa Blanca's most distinctive and demanding tests, best played more than once.

The only course I know of where you get penalised for a good shot. No matter where you try and place your shots, your ball gets taken to an awaiting valley. Nonetheless the course was in great condition with the greens super fast. First time ever on in 2 on the par 5 4th. Putting for eagle with a 20’ downhill putt. 8’ past, then missed the uphill putt. Absolutely gutted coming off that green. You haven’t played golf in the Murcia area until you’ve played Las Ramblas, still love the course.

Great experience at LS Ramblas today, everyone enjoyed their round. Only thing to complain about was the fact that there were no sandwiches left at the half way hut. They have a full restaurant selling club sandwiches and could easily have stocked up whe the others were sold out.

Parcours très serré, pas simple, pas trop long mais intéressant
Mauvaise organisation, pas de suivi sur le parcours par un marshall. Un groupe de plusieurs joueurs , manifestement débutants sont acceptés sur le parcours au détriment des autres joueurs qui subissent la lenteur du jeux puisque nous avons joué en 5h20

Enjoyable as usual. 7.42 tee time and the group in front were dreadfully slow. Thankfully they let us through on the 3rd tee. We must have finished an hour before them! Quite disappointing the number of pitch marks unrepaired on the course. Only the golfers that can be blamed for that though.

Las Ramblas ist wohl ein Platz, den man entweder hasst oder liebt... Einerseits ist er sehr reizvoll in eine schöne Natur eingebettet, andererseits sorgt er auch für gehörige Frusterlebnisse, wenn selbst vermeintlich sehr gut geschlagene Bälle von Schräglagen und Wellen und Rillen eingesammelt werden und im besten Fall am Rande des Fairways gefunden werden können. Bereits die Abschläge sind über große Distanzen ausgesprochen eng und schwer zu bewältigen. Für hohe Hcps ist der Platz ungeeignet. Die Clubhausterrasse jedoch hob unsere Stimmung dann merklich.
